normalize.css has had no release since 2018. modern-normalize is maintained and is what visiome.neuroinf.jp already uses. - load it from main.tsx before App, so the reset now applies before the theme instead of after it - drop src/index.css, which held nothing but the old @import - use the current favicon link form, matching visiome
