ESLint and Biome both ran over the same sources with overlapping rules. Biome already covers formatting and the recommended React rules, so keeping ESLint only duplicated the configuration. - Remove eslint.config.js and every ESLint package - Add lint and lint:check scripts backed by biome lint - Enable useComponentExportOnlyModules to keep the React Fast Refresh check that eslint-plugin-react-refresh provided - Drop the stale eslint-disable comment in DataViewer, the eslint.enable editor setting, and the .eslintcache ignore entry - Add cspell as a devDependency with a spell:check script - Bump the runtime and build dependencies, and upgrade TypeScript to 7 - Stop tracking package-lock.json - Bump the version to 3.0.2
