ESLint and Biome both ran over the same sources with overlapping
rules. Biome already covers formatting and the recommended React
rules, so keeping ESLint only duplicated the configuration.
- Remove eslint.config.js and every ESLint package
- Add lint and lint:check scripts backed by biome lint
- Enable useComponentExportOnlyModules to keep the React Fast
Refresh check that eslint-plugin-react-refresh provided
- Drop the stale eslint-disable comment in DataViewer, the
eslint.enable editor setting, and the .eslintcache ignore entry
- Add cspell as a devDependency with a spell:check script
- Bump the runtime and build dependencies, and upgrade
TypeScript to 7
- Stop tracking package-lock.json
- Bump the version to 3.0.2
Major build system migration replacing react-scripts with Vite.
Upgrades React to v19, Redux Toolkit to v2, Three.js to 0.184,
and replaces axios with ky. Removes IE11 support, test
infrastructure, and polyfills. Updates TypeScript config to
project references and bumps version to 3.0.0.
